I have the good fortune to be a native to this beautiful city and work in a career that I love.

I have 15 years of experience in Santa Barbara Real Estate with one of the industry leaders, Berkshire Hathaway. My track record with my repeat clients has proven that I am responsive, reliable, and resourceful. I value my client's needs, offering the professional knowledge to close any complex real estate transaction, with confidence and ease.

As a motivated professional, my experience working in a high energy environment at a day trading desk on the New York Stock Exchange trained me to creatively problem solve under pressure. Working in the film industry, with some of Hollywood's powerful Talent Moguls helped me perfect my customer service skills, as a top-quality service professional. With a degree in business administration, I am able work review and analyze market data to help educate buyers and sellers with facts to support streamlined negotiations.

I have mastered Short Sales & Foreclosures, during the downturn which helps me advise my clients on the importance of investing in Real Estate and long-term investments in a recovering market. I have obtained a Green Designation Certificate from the National Association of Realtors.

I donate to the following local charities: The Charitable Foundation, The Santa Barbara Food Bank, and The Teddy Bear Foundation. And volunteer at Return to Freedom Horse Sanctuary & The Santa Barbara Battered Woman’s Shelter.
